I had another plumbing company come to my house 3 hours late only to misdiagnose my issues. After I had been given a $1800 bid to replace a water heater, I called Plumbright to get a 2nd opinion. Thank God I did. Patrick arrived on time with a 30 minute call ahead notice. Took less than 20 minutes and told me I just had a pin hole leak on a copper line that was leaking on the water heater. $250 for the entire repair. He was very honest, clean and respectful. I would thought he owned the place. I would recommend Patrick & Plumbright if you have a plumbing issue. Patrick understands people and treats you like family.

We originally had Tom Drexler come out to try and snake our drain but they left us with a clogged sink and a quote for a $4,700 “solution”. 2-10 Home warranty sent PlumbRight out to our house and the technician Patrick was so nice and polite. He came in and ran the snake again and wouldn’t you know it, he got it unclogged. He ran the water and filled up the sink 3 times just to make sure it was working properly. He was quick but thorough. I will use PlumbRight in the future for things outside the scope of our home warranty. Would highly recommend.
